∎ Facilitate change management activities by assessing the impact of proposed changes, developing change management plans, and supporting stakeholders through transition periods.
∎ Training and Support:
∎ Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and tools to ensure successful adoption and utilization.

∎ Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery or business operations, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

∎ Continuously evaluate processes, methodologies, and tools to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices to enhance business analysis capabilities.
