Responsibilities & Context:
This is a senior hybrid role designed for someone who can bridge business needs, product strategy, and technical execution. You will be responsible for understanding the market landscape, managing the entire product journey, and ensuring smooth collaboration with stakeholders to deliver impactful SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Research and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
Gather, validate, and document business requirements and translate them into product features.
Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap from concept to launch.
Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, alignment meetings, and presentations.
Define KPIs/OKRs, track performance, and continuously improve product outcomes.
Act as both the voice of the customer and a strategic advisor to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or hybrid role.
Strong understanding of SaaS product lifecycle and business process analysis.
Proven ability to balance market insight, technical feasibility, and business value.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership presence, with the ability to influence at all levels.
