• A minimum of 5 years experience.

• Preference will be given to retired military personnel with experience in security operations, compliance, or risk management.

• Strong understanding of security controls and compliance frameworks.

• Ability to manage multiple audits and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Well, understand and adopt relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting operational compliance.

• Adjust internal policies and audit frameworks to accommodate new or updated compliance regulations.

• Evaluate the organization`s all production controls, processes, and systems against relevant compliance framework.

• Regular monitoring Production & Inventory to ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

• Identify non-compliance areas and resolve as per standards.

• Ensure continuous improvement with compliance awareness across the organization.

• Ensure audit trails are preserved for regulatory purposes.

• Any other jobs assigned by management.
