Education:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS), Bachelor/Honors
∎ MBBS /B.Sc nursing/ Bachelor in any discipline with midwifery Diploma on any relevant subject from any reputed university or institute.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Quality Esurance of SRH activities through monitoring with quality checklist and technical support to health staff.
∎ Capacity building of health staff on SRH activities (ANC, PNC, delivery, CMR, SGBV, PMTCT, family planning).
∎ Coordinate to implement the overall operational plan for gender mainstreaming, disability inclusion and SRHR in the FDMN in HCMP.
∎ Coordinate and involvement with SRH WG (SRH working group), subgroups under ISCG health sector through monthly meetings, role play in sectoral activities and Gender in Humanitarian Action Group (GIHA), GBV sub-sector, Age and Disability Working Group.
∎ Support capacity building for staff, and volunteers, community groups in HCMP on implementing activities for gender mainstreaming, disability inclusion and SRHR.
∎ Provide technical support in facilitating training on gender mainstreaming and on the use of gender-analysis tools, gender-sensitive monitoring and reporting in coordination with GMDI.
∎ Organize, facilitate and participate in local level meeting, dialogue, training, workshop, event on gender and disability issues etc.
∎ Ensure effective local level advocacy and maintain key professional networks, relationships with other partners, national and international agencies, and civil society organisations working on gender, disability and SRHR issues at the local level.
∎ Facilitate in organizing and celebrating national and international days and events for promoting SRH, gender equality and disability inclusion in FDMN in Cox’s Bazar.
∎ Ensure safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case of any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Identify operational challenges and take steps for problem solving for ensuring gender mainstreaming, disability inclusion and SRHR.
∎ Technical support to adolescent corner service in healthcare centres in the Rohingya camps.
∎ Ensure regular documentation and reporting to respective supervisor.
∎ Prepare AOP, DIP, monthly and annual plan, action plan, facilitate periodic progress report, set targets and deliver to respective supervisor.
∎ Attend meetings with SRH working group, Gender in Humanitarian Action Group (GIHA), GBV sub-sector, Age and Disability Working Group.
∎ Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on gender and disability interventions to ensure smooth implementation of HCMP, Health and Nutrition programme.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ The Sector Specialist- Gender and SRH is responsible for supervision and monitoring of SRH activities, coordination, collaboration and management to implement the required activities to ensure gender equality, disability inclusion, she will be responsible for designing training needs, modules, and conducting trainings.
∎ Coordination, supervision/guidance/follow up; technical support and capacity building, quality check, learning and reporting, local level advocacy and networking to ensure Gender Mainstreaming and Disability Inclusion (GMDI), SRHR, monitoring and capacity building of health staff on SRH activities in the health sector of HCMP.
