∎ Diploma in Engineering in Ceramics
∎ B.Sc. in Ceramics from any Govt. Approved University will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Laboratory testing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, Laboratory/ Testing, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary responsibility is to ensure product quality and standards set by the company.
∎ Checking the quality of ceramic raw materials/ pre-production sample Quality.
∎ Checking the quality of products at different production sections like Jigger, Casting, BK, Glaze, Selection, Decoration and Export packing.
∎ Setting, Control & monitoring of product quality.
∎ Ensuring the product matches the reference standards.
∎ Find out the defects on products and solve them.
∎ Prepare and submit QC reports regularly.
∎ Quality audits.
∎ Review of production quality.
∎ Supervision of personnel working in the quality control & sorting section.
∎ Control and monitoring of in-process.
∎ Preparation of daily reports.
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment assigned by the company management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
∎ Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
∎ Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Ability to read/ write English.
