∎ Diploma in Engineering in Ceramics
∎ Diploma in Ceramics from any Govt. Technical Institute.
∎ Skills Required: Body Ball Mills, Body Preparation, Spray Dryer

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Body Preparations, Ceramic Tiles Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and meet the production schedule instructed by the Plant/SBU/Dept. Head.
∎ Planning for the upcoming product and preparing sampling with the coordination of related Section like Laboratory.
∎ Monitoring the operations of Ball Mills and Spray Dryer to avoid the problems affecting the quality of the product.
∎ Check the parameters and desired quantity of raw materials hourly to maintain quality.
∎ Develop a strategy to avoid breakdowns.
∎ Check the log book status, monitoring process parameters properly.
∎ Communicate all other sections head for managing and developing the working process and achieve target production.
∎ Manage optimum manpower for uninterrupted production.
∎ Ensure safety of the people related to the section.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above.
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment assigned by the company management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
∎ Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
∎ Knowledge & experience in Concern Section.
∎ Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Avail to read & write English fluently.
