Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Ceramics
∎ B.Sc in Ceramics from any Govt. Approved University will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Quality Control Management, Quality Control/ Audit

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Good comunication skill, Quality Assurance or Quality Control., Quality Control Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tiles/Ceramic, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gaining an understanding of the marketing & sales team/customer/dealer/end users’ needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.
∎ Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality finished goods.
∎ Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
∎ Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
∎ Cooperation and coordinate with the Glaze Preparation Section and Laboratory Silk Screen Production for product quality, if necessary and required.
∎ Supervise, train and provide guidance to QA/QC auditors/ staff members and technicians for their process control inspection in work in-process, finished goods and final products.
∎ Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
∎ Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
∎ Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements and approving or rejecting the final products by discussion with the Production Head.
∎ Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
∎ Gaining feedback from the marketing & sales team/customer/dealer/end users’, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above.
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment assigned by the company management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
∎ Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
∎ Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Ability to read/ write English.
