Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 45 years

- Experience: 7-10 years in scaffolding, with 3-5 years in a supervisory role on large-scale projects.
- Skills: Proficient in erecting/dismantling scaffolds, reading blueprints, and managing teams. Knowledge of various scaffolding systems.
- Certifications: CITB scaffolding certification, OSHA/NEBOSH, and Scaffolding Supervisor Certification (e.g., CISRS) preferred.
- Health and Safety: Strong knowledge of safety standards, PPE use, risk assessments, and fall protection.
- Physical Requirements: Strength, stamina, and ability to work at heights.Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
