Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Graduate / Master's degree in any domain from a reputed University. Preferably in CS/CSE/CSC
∎ Any professional or SAP certification will be an added advantage 05 to 08 Years of experience is required.
∎ Exposure to implementing SAP S/4HANA full cycle project and maintaining/running the ERP system alter Go-Live
∎ Preferably work experience as SD Core Team Lead/ Core Team in the project
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide expert-level support to end-users, addressing SAP SD-related issues and inquiries.
∎ Communicate effectively to understand and resolve problems, ensuring optimal user satisfaction.
∎ Handle support requests at various levels, from basic inquiries (L1) to complex technical issues (L3).
∎ Diagnose and resolve SAP SD-related problems, collaborating with development and IT teams as necessary.
∎ Perform configurations and enhancements within the SAP SD module based on business requirements.
∎ Document and communicate changes, ensuring adherence to best practices and system stability.
∎ Collaborate with other SAP functional consultants (e.g., MM, FI) to ensure seamless integration across modules.
∎ Work closely with developers and system administrators to address and resolve issues.
∎ Conduct training sessions for end-users on new features, updates, and best practices within SAP SD.
∎ Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP SD support processes and configuration guidelines.
