Must have DG generator sales experience
Technical knowhow of engine and alternator
Adequate market information with tender and projects sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skill
Full mobility to travel
Must be a team player and willing to work in a challenging environment
Query generation, technical meetings with concerned persons, price negotiation, ensure timely delivery, handing over products as per the agreement communicating with the service department.
Work on tender documents preparation, submission and make all communication regarding tender related projects.
Work on Govt. and private sales and complete the projects on time
Ensure pre-sales and after sales technical support to customers
Support related departments like SCM, Service, Accounts etc. and ensure proper teamwork.
Prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure repeated sales
Market research and continuous development
Create and enrich network with all related persons/industries involved with gas engine business
Prepare a strategic business plan for the project sales
Closely monitor competitor’s movement and strategy
Report to business head and line Manager, track records and ensure proper documentations.
