- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should have the ability to handle pressure and take the challenge.
- Advanced knowledge in computer software including MS Word, Excel & Projects.
- Full mobility to travel extensively.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Attend Marine engine & Compressor commissioning and after sales service
- Create marine market and contribute in generating service and spare parts revenue
- Ensure timely maintenance work at customers premises
- Attend pre sales inspection/meeting with clients
- All service related internal/external communications
- Preparation and submission of warranty and service report on time
- Carry out fault finding diagnosis of marine engine and genset
- Maintain healthy relationship with customers and principals
