SAP FICO Module
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitates support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement) to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
∎ Performs detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provides appropriate system solutions; identifies, interprets, validates and documents customer requirements
∎ Facilitates workshops to collect business requirements
∎ Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
∎ Designs, configurations and testing of core FI & CO modules
∎ Identifies gaps, issues and workaround solutions.
∎ Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems. Document functional designs, test cases and results.
∎ Proactively identifies and proposes business process and/or system enhancements
∎ Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients and provide support on new client demo & presentation
∎ Provides ad-hoc training and user support as required
∎ Works self-directed and independently
∎ Acts as subject matter mentor to more junior members
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have managed at least 1 full life cycle SAP implementation as well as in support as an SAP FICO consultant
∎ Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, HR, PP and PM
∎ Expertise in report writer and report painter
∎ Expertise in product costing and material ledger
∎ Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
∎ Working on SAP S/4HANA will be an added advantage
∎ Implementation preferable
