∎ Job Location: Niketon, Gulshan- 1, Dhaka - 1212.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the company's sales target and prepare periodic statements accordingly.
∎ Execute the marketing strategy of the company.
∎ Visit potential and existing customers to communicate about products, services and requirements in order to ensure increased sales volume by understanding the customer needs.
∎ Engage dealers as specified by the company.
∎ Research and analyze sales options.
∎ Collect and analyze information and prepare sales reports.
∎ Collect and analyze data for preparing market strategy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years for Sales Representatives
∎ Applicants should have experience about FMCG products.
∎ Achiever, Learning Aptitude, Passionate, Creative, Empathetic, Accountable, Tech-savvy, highly engaged, goal oriented, relationship driven.
∎ Should be able to achieve target and work under pressure.
∎ Ability to meet tight deadlines.
∎ Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
∎ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
∎ Continuously improve through feedback.
