Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare a report on Field force sales performance monthly/ quarterly basis.
∎ Collect data from Field Sales and Activities and analysis.
∎ Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
∎ Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
∎ Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
∎ Act as a link between sales and marketing team.
∎ Collect necessary data from Dealers, Marketing team, and internal customers.
∎ Liaise with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
∎ Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from supervisor.
∎ Answer and screen internal and external phone calls and emails.
∎ Monitor promotional materials proper use in the field.
∎ Execute any other work assigned by the superior and management.

∎ High adaptability to work long hours
∎ Expertise in MS PowerPoint and Excel (advanced level)
