Job Context:
∎ Contract Duration:6-12months
∎ Probationary period:1-3months
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Translate customer information and sample opinions, prepare production orders and accessory cards in the prescribed format, arrange the development of samples according to customer requirements and schedule, and follow up on the confirmation of samples;
∎ Maintain communication with the factory, customers, and relevant departments within the company, and assist the manager in handling various emergencies;
∎ Assist the manager in arranging the development of fabrics and accessories by the purchasing department, and follow up on the development progress;
∎ Assist the manager in preparing quotations, including verifying fabric and accessory prices with the purchasing department, checking the quotation, filling out the quotation form, and assisting the manager in receiving orders;
∎ Follow up on the progress of bulk fabric and accessories, assist the business manager in checking the color and quality of materials;
∎ Follow up on the progress of apparel production, assist the business manager in arranging the inspection schedule, submitting the shipment plan, arranging booking, and preparing for other pre-shipment work;
∎ Responsible for handling daily work related to the business of the department;
∎ Other work tasks assigned by leadership.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Education: Bachelor's degree or above
∎ Experience: 5 years or more of working experience in the apparel foreign trade industry
∎ Knowledge Requirements: Familiar with the apparel business process and professional knowledge
∎ Ability Requirements: Proficient in operating office software, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
∎ Other Requirements: Good communication, organization and management skills, strong sense of responsibility
