Job Context:
∎ Contract Duration: 6-12months
∎ Probation period: 1-3months
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Specific Job Responsibilities::
∎ Responsible for the daily production, management, and operation work within the department;
∎ Assist the business department in quoting orders based on their development plans and customer visits, to obtain orders with high quality and competitive prices;
∎ Approve the first sample according to the business department's requirements (or arrange department staff) (including style, size, process, production risks, etc.);
∎ Arrange company orders based on the outsourced factory's production schedule, responsible for negotiating clothing contract prices, confirming delivery dates, reviewing clothing contracts, controlling production costs, controlling costs at all stages, reducing production consumption, and avoiding waste;
∎ Follow up with the business department on the progress of materials to the factory according to the order and delivery status, and supervise the department to keep records and submit data to the company regarding the quality and delivery status of materials received at the factory;
∎ Reasonably schedule production tasks and various work standards according to the company's production schedule, supervise the quality control department to ensure the completion of the bulk production according to quality and quantity;
∎ Arrange accompanying inspections according to the business department's customer inspection/shipment plans;
∎ Establish and improve department rules and regulations, standardize production processes and employee behavior, responsible for quality control department management, supervise and inspect production progress and product quality, and handle emergency problems. Evaluate the quality control work every quarter;
∎ Responsible for the development of the processing factory, establish a processing factory database, and evaluate outsourced factories every quarter (evaluation of production capacity, quality control ability, service level, financial status, etc.);
∎ Responsible for the overall management and coordination of the technical department (handling difficult issues in plate making or development of samples, coordinating production scheduling, etc.);
∎ Responsible for the overall management and coordination of the Pinghu factory (overall recruitment, operation, wage review, cost control, etc.);
∎ Handle major quality accidents or customer claims, analyze and form written reports to inform relevant company personnel;
∎ Other work tasks assigned by leadership.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Education: High school diploma or above
∎ Experience: More than 10 years of experience in clothing production
∎ Knowledge Requirements:Familiar with various modern clothing production processes (such as IE cost accounting, process orders, process flow design, etc.)
∎ Ability Requirements: Having good planning, guidance, coordination, and decision-making abilities, as well as strong comprehensive coordination and organizational management abilities.
