Job Context:
∎ Contract Duration:6-12 Months
∎ Probation period:1-3Months
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for negotiating orders and order confirmations with customers (style and details, unit price, quantity, delivery time, payment methods, etc.); submit orders to the company for approval and filing according to the company's prescribed procedures; keep customer information and samples safe without loss.
∎ Submit customer development and bulk order progress reports according to company regulations;
∎ After receiving customer orders, submit production requirements to the production department, and negotiate with the production department to determine the factory.
∎ According to customer requirements, submit procurement requirements to the production department through the procurement system, participate in contract review and reconciliation, review payment node amounts, and timely reconcile and confirm payments with the accounting department according to the contract agreement to ensure that payment amounts are error-free; explain the reasons for any special circumstances.
∎ Responsible for translating customer information and making sample cards.
∎ Responsible for supervising and controlling the order production process, communicating with the factory, QC, and customers, handling various business issues, ensuring that samples are sent to customers for confirmation in a timely manner; arranging testing and inspection of goods, and communicating with the trade management department on shipment matters.
∎ Reconcile and apply for payment with the factory in a timely manner according to the contract agreement.
∎ Actively cooperate with customers in new season fabric development work. Arrange for the factory to make samples.
∎ Responsible for following up and urging customers to make payments according to the contract or order agreement.
∎ Handle various sudden problems and report any problems that cannot be handled in a timely manner to the superiors.
∎ After each bulk order is completed, cooperate with the finance department to handle the tax refund work, calculate the profits of the bulk order, and submit the profit statement to the company for filing in a timely manner.
∎ Report to the company for analysis, confirmation, and claims for any orders that have caused losses due to quality, quantity, and delivery time issues.
∎ Other work assigned by the leadership.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Education: Bachelor's degree or above
∎ Experience: More than 6 years of experience in fabric industry business
∎ Knowledge: Familiar with fabric industry processes and professional knowledge
∎ Skills: Proficient in office software, good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
∎ Other Requirements: Good communication, organization and management skills, strong sense of responsibility
