Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
∎ Manage email campaigns and generate sales leads
∎ Make cold calls and participate in team meetings
∎ Assist the Sales department with various tasks
∎ Collaborate with team leaders and complete assigned tasks
∎ Generate sales leads through cold calling
∎ Conduct research online and gather information via surveys or direct communication
∎ Attend and engage in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions Liaise with clients on behalf of the company
∎ Update and maintain documents and sales records
∎ Assess sales performance relative to targets
∎ Observe and participate in sales processes Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements
∎ Document learnings and present findings to staff and stakeholders
