Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude.
Handle phone calls, emails, and provide accurate information.
Maintain a neat reception area and manage visitor logs.
Support admin tasks, including mail handling, meeting scheduling, and office coordination.
Assist in recruitment support and other tasks assigned by the management.
Help with basic design tasks using Canva or Photoshop.
Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) for daily documentation and communication.
