This is a mid-level role positioned at the heart of our sales operations, working directly with the senior management team to achieve project targets and strengthen brand presence in the market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients and property investors to understand their needs and offer suitable project options.
  • Manage the full sales process from inquiry to agreement, ensuring smooth client communication at every stage.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and the marketing team to convert leads into successful transactions.
  • Conduct property viewings, meetings, and follow-ups professionally and on time.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and market insights for reporting purposes.
  • Build strong relationships with brokers, agents, and referral networks.
  • Stay informed about real estate trends, pricing changes, and competitive projects.
