∎ The candidate must have effective communication skill in both Bengali and English.

∎ Ability to work in a team environment.

∎ Excellent Computer skills in MS Office - Word, Excel & Power Point.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement an effective sales strategy.
∎ l Identify target markets and key customer segments.
∎ l Ensure that the set annual and quarterly sales targets are met.
∎ l Monitor sales performance and take corrective measures if necessary.
∎ l Identify potential distributors, wholesalers, and retailers for lubricants.
∎ l Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business.
∎ l Expand the reach of the lubricant products by onboarding new distributors and dealers.
∎ l Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers.l   Ensure product pricing aligns with the agreed terms.
∎ l Oversee collections and payments.
∎ l Prepare sales forecasts based on market trends and demand.
∎ l Submit periodic sales reports (quarterly) to the company’s senior management.
∎ l Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness.
∎ l Organize promotional events and dealership programs.
∎ l Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
∎ l Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
∎ l Ensure that marketing materials (brochures, banners, digital content) are effectively used.
∎ l Work closely with the company to localize content based on Bangladeshi consumer behavior.
∎ l Conduct training sessions for distributors and dealers about product knowledge and sales techniques.
∎ l Ensure that the sales team understands the unique selling points of the lubricant products.
∎ l Ensure Proper Branding & Market Penetration.
∎ l Drive and achieve annual sales targets through existing and targeted Customers.
∎ l Lead the sales and marketing team.
∎ l Advise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving Business sales target.
∎ l Acquiring new customer base.
∎ l Understanding client requirements, coordinate with various operating groups and develop a competitive proposal.
∎ l Ensure market coverage across geographies, Retail, Automotive segments to analyze key market trends.
∎ l Mapping the market and keeping track of the industry share.
∎ l Travelling to potential clients, searching new clients, and generating high quality sales leads who could benefit from KDM (BD) Limited products and services.
∎ l Providing pre-sales knowledge assistance and product education.
∎ l Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
∎ l Recording and maintaining sales data.
∎ l Preparing monthly / weekly report and submit to the Head of Business.
∎ l Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
∎ l Very friendly to traveling toward the sales call, team meeting or any other sales & marketing related job.
