∎ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ Strong understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, and digital marketing strategies.
∎ Experience with Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and other social media marketing tools.
∎ Ability to manage and optimize digital ad campaigns, including conversion ads, lead generation ads, and Facebook Pixel for retargeting.
∎ Basic knowledge of web development is a plus.
∎ Experience with AI-powered design and marketing tools (e.g., Canva AI, Adobe Sensei, MidJourney) is preferred.
∎ Strong content creation skills, including SEO-friendly content writing and video editing.
∎ Ability to conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, and generate actionable insights.
∎ Experience using Google Analytics and Search Console to track and improve campaign performance.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. (Candidates with proven skills and expertise will be preferred.)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have high enthusiasm for sales work.
∎ Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, etc.
∎ Set campaign objectives, define target audiences, create ad creatives, and manage budgets to achieve campaign goals and drive qualified traffic to the organization's website.
∎ Create engaging content (written, and visual) to promote our services and job opportunities.
∎ Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
∎ Design creative and visually appealing marketing materials, including  social media graphics, email templates, website banners, infographics, and presentations.
∎ Manage and optimize our website and social media presence.
∎ Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to create high-quality graphics.
∎ Generate leads through targeted online advertising campaigns.
∎ Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
∎ Creative planning and execution of all the Facebook marketing campaigns by using Facebook Ads Manager, including good knowledge of conversion ads, lead ads, and understanding of Facebook pixel for retargeting ads.
∎ Manage SEO campaigns.
∎ Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
∎ Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
∎ Manage and monitor campaign performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement
∎ Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content like blog posts, social media graphics, videos, and email newsletters.
∎ Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and inquiries, and manage brand reputation
∎ Analyze social media data to identify trends and optimize strategies
∎ Develop targeted ad creatives and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
