Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualization and Design: Develop concepts, storyboards, and visual ideas for animated sequences that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.

  • Animation and Visual Effects: Design and create 2D and 3D animations, visual effects, and transitions for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and video content.

  • Technical Execution: Utilize industry-standard software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and sometimes 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Blender.

  • Optimization and Management: Ensure all motion graphics are optimized for different digital platforms and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

  • Strategy Development: Plan and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Content and Campaign Management: Create and manage content for online platforms, plan and monitor the company`s social media presence, and launch optimized online advertisements.

  • Analytics and Optimization: Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, identifying trends, and optimizing spend and performance based on data insights (ROI and KPIs).

  • Market Research: Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities, inform campaigns, and ensure offerings meet target audience needs.

  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including designers and developers, to create engaging content and landing pages that improve the user experience and align with overall business goals.

  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and implement strategies to generate and nurture leads through various channels and optimize conversion paths.
