Proven experience in graphic design, motion design, video editing, and animation
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience using AI-powered design tools such as Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Pika Labs, Kaiber, Canva Magic Studio, etc.
Excellent eye for visual storytelling, typography, layout, color composition, and branding
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
UI/UX design experience will be considered a plus
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Graphic & Motion Designer to join our Digital Marketing & Creative Team. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality visual content, graphics, and motion assets that enhance brand visibility across social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Experience in UI/UX design will be considered a strong advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create static and motion-based visual content including social media posts, infographics, flyers, posters, banners, and web graphics
- Produce high-quality motion graphics, explainer videos, reels, and promotional animations aligned with brand guidelines
- Edit raw video footage with professional storytelling, transitions, color grading, and visual effects
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute engaging campaigns
- Develop brand-aligned templates, intros/outros, lower-thirds, animation elements, and reusable design assets
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all visual materials
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital design, animation, and social media visual storytelling
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design and motion outputs
