Job Context:

• The position is for a full-time Graphics Designer role at our office in Dhaka (Kuril).
• As a Graphic Designer, you will be part of a dynamic and creative team, contributing to a variety of design projects for both internal and external clients.
• This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your design skills will directly impact the success of our campaigns and branding efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for various digital and print media.
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to deliver design solutions that meet brand and project requirements.
• Design social media posts, advertisements, email templates, website elements, and other marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain graphic design standards and branding guidelines.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with developers and content creators to ensure a consistent visual language across platforms.
• Edit and refine graphics based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure creative designs.
