Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong portfolio)

Strong expertise in Graphic Design, Motion Design, and Video Editing
Professional proficiency in tools such as: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro
Extensive experience in Brochure & Print Design
Hands-on knowledge of Photography & Videography
Understanding of Cinematography principles (lighting, composition, storytelling)
Strong sense of creativity, typography, color theory, and visual aesthetics
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
Strong communication and presentation skills
Leadership mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality output
Prior experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle branding will be an advantage
Proven portfolio demonstrating graphic design, motion graphics, and video projects (mandatory)
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and execute all creative design initiatives for branding, marketing, and project promotions
Design high-quality graphics for digital ads, social media, websites, print materials, and outdoor branding
Create and edit motion graphics, promotional videos, reels, and project walkthroughs
Conceptualize and design brochures, catalogs, flyers, company profiles, and marketing collaterals
Plan and execute photography and videography for real estate projects, events, and campaigns
Oversee cinematography concepts including framing, lighting, camera movements, and storytelling
Collaborate with marketing and management teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals
Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs
Guide junior designers and ensure creative quality control
