• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong portfolio)

• Strong expertise in Graphic Design, Motion Design, and Video Editing

• Professional proficiency in tools such as: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro

• Extensive experience in Brochure & Print Design

• Hands-on knowledge of Photography & Videography

• Understanding of Cinematography principles (lighting, composition, storytelling)

• Strong sense of creativity, typography, color theory, and visual aesthetics

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Leadership mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality output

• Prior experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle branding will be an advantage

• Proven portfolio demonstrating graphic design, motion graphics, and video projects (mandatory)

• Lead and execute all creative design initiatives for branding, marketing, and project promotions

• Design high-quality graphics for digital ads, social media, websites, print materials, and outdoor branding

• Create and edit motion graphics, promotional videos, reels, and project walkthroughs

• Conceptualize and design brochures, catalogs, flyers, company profiles, and marketing collaterals

• Plan and execute photography and videography for real estate projects, events, and campaigns

• Oversee cinematography concepts including framing, lighting, camera movements, and storytelling

• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals

• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs

• Guide junior designers and ensure creative quality control
