  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role in Sales & Marketing.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.

  • Knowledge of water purifier, plastic polymer Industries, HDPE pipe, or related industries will be preferred.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the country.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

The Executive Director – Sales & Marketing will lead market sales and business development for the company’s core products including Water Purifier, Water Purifier Cartridge, Water Tank, HDPE Pipe & FRP Vessel, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market sales strategies for Water Purifier, Cartridge, Water Tank, HDPE Pipe, FRP Vessel, etc.

  • Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize team performance.

  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's customer base and product portfolio.

  • Collaborate with the product development team to enhance existing products and introduce new offerings based on market demand.

  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand initiatives to enhance brand visibility and awareness.

  • Lead and manage nationwide market sales and distribution channels.

  • Expand corporate, dealer, distributor, and retail networks across the country.

  • Drive sales growth through effective pricing, promotion, and market penetration.

  • Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.

  • Monitor market performance and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
