Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Manager to lead our Solar division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial solar, sales, and experience with industrial bidding documents. He should also have knowledge of solutions, design, planning, implementation, and operations. Project Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring the division meets its goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the Solar division, including sales, design, planning, solution implementation, and operations.

  • Ensure the division meets its goals and objectives.

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals.

  • Knowledge of industrial solar bidding documents and experience with industrial solar projects and TCO of utilities.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and technical excellence.

  • Frequent site visits, relationship building and ensure long term profitable growth of the business.

  • To perform other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
