Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors is one of the most growing subsidiaries of ACI Limited. We have Agricultural Machinery, Infrastructural Development Machinery, Automobiles (Yamaha & Foton) & other machinery in our product line. We distribute Italy`s popular ENI Oil products in Bangladesh. We are looking for individuals with experience in the lubricants industry.
∎ Product: ENI Lubricants (Automobile segment)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target as per budget and develop B2B customers.
∎ Visit Govt./Non-Govt organizations, Dealer points at district levels, industrial areas, and factories to develop contacts/relationships and generate sales leads.
∎ Make routine visits to all potential organizations and ensure regular follow-up.
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, sales pitches, and presentations.
∎ Ensure proper product detailing to the prospected customers.
∎ Make the proper use of promotional tools following the guidelines provided by the product team.
∎ Assist in marketing events/activation and other campaigns.
∎ Prepare and submit required reports and expense bills in a timely manner.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Good communication and social skills.
∎ Persuasion and negotiation skills
∎ Flexibility to travel across the country.
∎ Good command over MS Office.
