Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ACI Limited provides complete farm mechanization solutions to farmers by offering a wide range of agriculture machineries - Tractor, Power tiller, Diesel Engine, Reaper, Combine Harvester, Rice Transplanter, Commercial Vehicle, Motor cycle, Tire and Construction Machineries.
∎ Managing and coordinating all sales related activities, documentation & sales process.
∎ Order Processing and Tracking including receiving and reviewing customer purchase orders, payments and other related documentation.
∎ Preparing and reviewing sales and collection report as per budgets.
∎ Maintains all files systems and database of sales records and trends and reporting to the senior management.
∎ Monitor and organize inventory and distribution timely and effectively.
∎ Provide necessary logistic support related to sales team.
∎ Any other special task assigned by the supervisor.
