∎ Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role.
∎ Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
∎ Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
∎ Flexibility to work various shifts

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Meet and Greet customers and understand the specific requirements and guide them accordingly.
∎ Assist the customer to find out the most relevant products based on their requirement.
∎ Offer personalized recommendations based on the customer's preferences, budget, and lifestyle requirements.
∎ Showcase product features, benefits, and unique selling points to highlight the value proposition.
∎ Achieve both personal and overall outlet sales target to ensure the revenue goals.
∎ Utilize effective sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize sales opportunities.
∎ Keep up-to-date with product inventory, pricing, and promotions to accurately inform customers and drive sales.
∎ Solicit feedback from customers to understand their experience and areas for improvement.
∎ Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and fostering a positive shopping environment.
