Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that the Fire Alarm/Protection & Detection System of the factory is fully functional and the systems (Hydrant system, Detection system, Sprinkler system, Fire Pumps, Fire Control Room, etc.) are as per the RSC/Nirapon standard.
∎ Fire Protection & Detection System Maintenance & Setup As per NFPA & BNBC Rules.
∎ Establish a full functional & effective fire safety management system, Fire Equipment Installations & Maintenance as per NFPA & BNBC Standard. Inspection, Testing & Maintenance of fire alarm system as per NFPA , Fire Control Panel Daily Monitoring (System Warnings, Supervisory & Trouble), PA System Installations & Monitoring.
∎ Installations & Maintenance fire pump (Electrical, Diesel & Jockey pump).
∎ Continuously monitor the fire and safety system including protection and detection system of all the factory.
∎ Ensure that the Fire extinguishers are in place as per requirement and in good working condition.
∎ Ensure that the Fire Control Room and the Fire Pump Room is in good order and fully functional at all times.
∎ Ensure fire-related books, registers, logs, etc. are correctly maintained on a scheduled basis.
∎ Report to management on fire safety issues from time to time.
∎ Regular/weekly fire training with the fire & safety team & general workers.
∎ Conduct regular fire drills and emergency evacuation drills to aware employees of any emergency incident.
∎ Monitor/Supervise that the electrical/power cables/loose wires are properly placed and take remedial measures immediately in coordination with the maintenance department.
∎ Fire risk assessment of the factory and identify fire hazard areas and take proper preventive measures on a priority basis.
∎ Maintain & ensure safety in all production areas and ensure safe evacuation for all employees in case of any emergency.
∎ Monitoring Fire Fighter & Rescue Teams and conducting external & internal fire-related training.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05 to 08 years in RMG sector.
∎ Candidate should have fire safety certificate (06 months course from fire service civil defense).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile
∎ Knowledge on Fire Safety audit.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
