Experience:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Power / Industrial Engineering

• Packaging or production machinery training preferred

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance, Group of Companies, Bicycle, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Age 18 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Experience in CSD / Beverage secondary packaging gets preference

• Fresh diploma holders may be considered with strong hands-on skills

1. Operate shrink wrapping machines, pack collators, conveyors, and heat tunnels.

2. Set and monitor parameters such as film tension, sealing temperature, tunnel temperature, and line speed.

3. Ensure correct pack configuration (e.g., 6-pack, 12-pack, tray + shrink).

4. Ensure proper sealing, shrink quality, pack strength, and visual appearance.

5. Control defects such as loose packs, burnt film, improper shrink, miscounted packs.

6. Perform first-level troubleshooting (sealing jaws, sensors, conveyors, heaters).

7. Ensure correct usage and storage of shrink film, trays, and cartons following FIFO.

8. Follow machine safety SOPs, LOTO, and heat-related safety precautions.

9. Maintain GMP, 5S, and housekeeping in the wrapping area.

10. Maintain shift production reports, rejection and downtime logs.

11. Support initiatives for OEE improvement, scrap reduction, and energy efficiency.
