Experience:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Power Engineering

• Water treatment–related training is an advantage

• Knowledge of RO water treatment processes

• Understanding of membranes, pumps, filtration, and chemical dosing

• Troubleshooting ability and safety awareness

1. Operate and monitor RO plant systems including raw water pumps, multimedia filters, softeners, carbon filters, RO membranes, and storage tanks.

2. Control operating parameters such as pressure, flow rate, recovery %, TDS, conductivity, and pH.

3. Ensure uninterrupted supply of treated water to syrup, filler, CIP, and utilities.

4. Monitor and record TDS, hardness, turbidity, pH, chlorine, and conductivity.

5. Operate and monitor chemical dosing systems (antiscalant, chlorine, SMBS, acid/alkali).

6. Perform first-level troubleshooting of pumps, valves, filters, and membranes.

7. Assist in preventive maintenance (PM), backwashing, CIP of RO membranes, and media replacement.

8. Follow safety SOPs, chemical handling procedures, and PPE usage.

9. Maintain GMP, hygiene, and 5S in the RO plant area.

10. Support ISO, HACCP, FSSC, and internal/external audits.

11. Coordinate with Production, CIP, Boiler, and Utility teams for water demand planning.

12. Support initiatives for water recovery improvement, rejection reduction, and energy efficiency.
