Experience:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Power / Industrial Engineering

• Training on automated packaging systems preferred

• 1 to 3 years

• Age 18 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Knowledge of palletizing systems and end-of-line automation

• Basic understanding of sensors, conveyors, pneumatics, and PLC panels

1. Operate palletizer machines, infeed conveyors, layer forming systems, and pallet dispensers.

2. Set and monitor parameters such as stack pattern, layer count, speed, and alignment.

3. Ensure proper palletizing of shrink-wrapped packs/tray packs as per SKU standard.

4. Ensure stable, aligned, and damage-free pallets suitable for transport and storage.

5. Control defects such as misaligned layers, collapsed stacks, broken pallets, overhang.

6. Perform first-level troubleshooting (sensors, guides, pushers, conveyors).

7. Ensure correct usage and condition of wooden/plastic pallets, slip sheets, stretch film (if applicable).

8. Follow machine safety SOPs, LOTO, and material-handling safety rules.

9. Maintain GMP, 5S, and housekeeping in the palletizer area.

10. Support ISO, HACCP, FSSC, and internal audits.

11. Maintain shift production records, pallet count, downtime logs, and rejection reports.
