• Knowledge of palletizing systems and end-of-line automation

• Basic understanding of sensors, conveyors, pneumatics, and PLC panels

• Operate palletizer machines, infeed conveyors, layer forming systems, and pallet dispensers.

• Set and monitor parameters such as stack pattern, layer count, speed, and alignment.

• Ensure proper palletizing of shrink-wrapped packs/tray packs as per SKU standard.

• Ensure stable, aligned, and damage-free pallets suitable for transport and storage.

• Control defects such as misaligned layers, collapsed stacks, broken pallets, overhang.

• Perform first-level troubleshooting (sensors, guides, pushers, conveyors).

• Ensure correct usage and condition of wooden/plastic pallets, slip sheets, stretch film (if applicable).

• Follow machine safety SOPs, LOTO, and material-handling safety rules.

• Maintain GMP, 5S, and housekeeping in the palletizer area.

• Support ISO, HACCP, FSSC, and internal audits.

• Maintain shift production records, pallet count, downtime logs, and rejection reports.
