Experience:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Power / Industrial Engineering

• Packaging machinery training preferred

• Age 18 to 35 years

• Experience in beverage/CSD labeling operations gets preference.

1. Operate OPP/BOPP hot-melt labeling machines (and/or wrap-around/self-adhesive labelers).

2. Set and control parameters such as label position, glue temperature, cutter timing, and machine speed.

3. Synchronize labeler speed with filler, conveyor, and packing machines.

4. Ensure correct label position, alignment, wrinkle-free application, and batch/date visibility.

5. Control defects such as misalignment, glue overflow, loose labels, torn labels, and wrong SKU.

6. Perform first-level troubleshooting (sensors, glue unit, cutter, vacuum drum).

7. Ensure proper handling and storage of labels, glue, and consumables as per SOP and FIFO.

8. Follow machine safety SOPs, LOTO, and hot-melt glue handling precautions.

9. Maintain shift production reports, rejection logs, and downtime records.

10. Support scrap reduction, OEE improvement, and efficiency initiatives.
