• Age 18 to 35 years

• Operate CSD filling machines, rinser, capper, and conveyor systems.

• Set and control parameters such as CO₂ pressure, filling level, temperature, and speed.

• Synchronize filler speed with blow mould, labeler, and packing machines.

• Ensure correct fill level, carbonation retention, cap torque, and seal integrity.

• Identify and control defects such as low fill, foaming, leaking caps, under/over-torque.

• Coordinate with QC for sampling, line clearance, and corrective actions.

• Perform first-level troubleshooting during operation (valves, sensors, star wheels).

• Execute CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) as per SOP and schedule.

• Follow machine safety SOPs, LOTO, pressure safety, and PPE usage.

• Support ISO, HACCP, FSSC, and internal audits.

• Maintain shift production reports, downtime logs, rejection records, and CIP logs.

• Support initiatives for OEE improvement, waste reduction, and line efficiency.
