We are seeking a dedicated Road Construction Engineer to join our team for our internal roads construction projects.

Position Overview: The Road Construction Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of internal new road construction of a housing project. We encourage only Retired Army Officer of Bangladesh Army corps of Engineers or Retired Engineers from Bangladesh Roads and Highways Department who have completed and independently delivered high quality Roads to Bangladesh Government are highly encouraged to apply, as we value the discipline, leadership, and strategic thinking they bring to the role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and construction of internal new roads.

• Ensuring roads are above flood flow zone and maintaining the standard height of Mean sea level (MSL)

• Ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.

• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Prepare and review engineering reports, budgets, and project schedules.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
