Job Context:
∎ Synesis IT is looking for RnD Engineers who should be able to research and develop various exciting features related to a web conferencing tool.
∎ An RnD Engineer’s responsibility include innovating new and useful ideas that are congruent with the state-of-the-art web conferencing systems, researching on these ideas about their feasibility and optimality, and developing these ideas to full-fledged use case-based features and integrating to the web conferencing platform. Moreover, the responsibility also implies understanding the architecture and working principles of current state of the art web-based conferencing tools and working with third party software’s and tools.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an RnD Engineer, or 3 years of experience for a full stack software engineer.
∎ Must have good knowledge of solving problems using intermediate data structures and algorithms.
∎ Should be very skilled to pick up new ideas, tools and knowledge, and clear concise vision to use these knowledges to solve existing problems or create new features.
∎ Must have good analytical and debugging skills, independent of technology stacks or systems.
∎ Knowledge on WebRTC and hands-on experience is a great advantage.
∎ Should have good working knowledge on JavaScript and ECMAScript 6.
∎ Hands-on experience with React.js (preferably) or Angular, and building apps with JAVA (or JAVA based frameworks).
∎ Familiarity of modern system architectures is a plus.
∎ Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools is preferable.
∎ Experience with deploying services using popular CI/CD methods is preferable.
∎ Experience in automated testing processes is preferable.
∎ Experience with structured formal documentation is preferable.
