Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/MBM/Masters from any reputed University, preferably in business discipline or major in Finance & Banking with no third class/division in his/her entire academic career.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have sound knowledge on below mentioned reports
∎ Comprehensive Risk Management report;
∎ Internal Capital Adequacy Report (ICAAP)
∎ RBCA guideline
∎ Stress Testing
∎ Risk Appetite
∎ Recovery Plan
∎ Having sound knowledge on SRP (supervisory review process)
∎ Other tasks as and when assigned by the line manager/management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 14 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Banks/ Financial Institutions
∎ Risk Reporting
∎ Capable of providing various risk related reports to Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Sound knowledge in Banking/ Financial Sector and the regulatory issues.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Advance computer skills.
∎ Should be proactive, dynamic and self-motivated to update with risk management issues and skills.
