∎ You’ll be a self-starter and be responsible for all delivery man hiring needs.
∎ Be the contact point for all Delivery Staff.Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job sites/newspapers/colleges/ etc.
∎ Screen the thousands of applications we receive through different channels and form a structured approach to recruitment.
∎ Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills and soft skills.
∎ Conduct background checks and verify identity.
∎ Prepare onboarding and training material for all new and existing delivery staffs
∎ Prepare and maintain documentation for all delivery staff records.
