Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA, major in HRM/ Masters with PGDHRM / PGDPM from a reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan
∎ Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
∎ Conduct research on employee satisfaction by using surveys and quantitative data
∎ Keep track records of prevailing pay rates and make sure that offers are align with competitive compensation plans
∎ Maintain and update employee salary information, salary break down, tax deduction and others payment related database
∎ Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization
∎ Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
∎ Track compensation & benefits bench-marking data and on-time report submission to the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years of experience in working Rewards Management of Human Resources from any large Group of Industries.
∎ Well conversant in preparing Ex-cel/Spreadsheet data
∎ Familiar in ERP, especially in Oracle ERP will be preferred
∎ Pro-active, independent. Self-motivated and result oriented
∎ Ability to deliver demanding business objectives and goals
∎ Demonstrable experience of thought leadership and the development of innovative approaches
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the organization
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English with the ability to present clear, well-structured reports and briefs.
