Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters from any reputed university.
∎ PGDSCM/ Certification in Supply Chain will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Logistics Management, Transport and Distribution, Warehouse Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Safely and efficiently performs assigned processes to meet the required daily logistics activities.
∎ Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full logistics tasks cycle.
∎ Planning and managing logistics, Inbound/ Outbound transportation, and customer services.
∎ Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, quality personnel, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products about information related to the shipment.
∎ Tracks, traces, and updates the status of all product delivery & shipments.
∎ Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
∎ Communication with all Shipping line (MLO) Container Provided / Bulk Carrier and Freight Forwarding Companies.
∎ Able to Vessel Handling - Voyage Chartering / Time-Chartering.
∎ Do the negotiation regarding the Laycan between charter party and suppliers based of Planning Departments cargo requirements.
∎ Follow-up the activities of Date of commencement and end of charter of Chartered Ship.
∎ Workout in operational plan and action plan to achieve long term business objective.
∎ Assure us of reliable & cost-effective shipping trade.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiar with SAP/Oracle ERP will be preferred.
∎ Proficient in MS word, power point, excel.
