Educational Requirements:
∎ LL.B/LL.M graduates with a proven track record of research related work.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with ongoing legal research activities with laws relating to refugee rights and response with a particular focus on Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights as well as sexual and gender based violence related law and cases.
∎ Conduct and help arrange and prepare for KIIs, FGDs and seminars.
∎ Analyse, compile and scan BLAST case records and reported judgments for research purposes.
∎ Conduct any tasks delegated by Research Specialists.
∎ Preparing case studies and case summaries along with translation of cases and research materials
∎ Attend workshops and seminars at local and national level on behalf of BLAST.
∎ Assist in preparation of research reports and other documents as required by the BLAST management.
∎ Make occasional visits to project and fields areas for research purposes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ At least 1 year experience working on legal research will be highly preferred
∎ Clear knowledge of research methodologies will be given preference.
∎ Experience in report writing will be given preference
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
