∎ Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies or any relevant field from any recognized university (both public or private university) along with a minimum of 05 to 07 years of experience in relevant field in the rural context.

∎ Minimum 5 (five) years relevant experience with National and/or International NGO(s).
∎ Additional Requirements.
∎ Must have valid driving license and willing to drive motor bike.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project monitoring tools.
∎ Essential Requirements
∎ Experience on report writing both English and Bengali.
∎ Excellent skills on conducting training on relevant subject and developing monitoring tools, data collection, data analysis (both quantitative and qualitative data), writing case studies, documenting case management, developing M&E Framework, etc.
∎ It is a condition of employment that staff abides by all policies including safeguarding of children and project participants, code of conduct, etc..
∎ Desirable Requirements
∎ Adequate experience on Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL)
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and project staff
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
∎ Team player with experience in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environments for achievement of org. Additional Requirements.
