Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish contact, rapport and credibility with prospective clients to influence key decision makers to start a relationship with the Bank.
∎ Identify the target market and develop new business to enrich the overall portfolio under corporate banking division i.e. development of balanced portfolio mix on funded & non-funded asset along with sustainable liability business.
∎ Prepare credit proposals for new and renewal of facilities including financial analysis, manage credit risk and ensure high quality asset
∎ Develop structuring and financing recommendations that are tailored to client's needs through synthesis and evaluation of the more complex needs of clients.
∎ Explore opportunities and recommend strategies for cross selling of products and services based on thorough understanding of the range of corporate banking products and services, and various client analysis.
∎ Identify and prospect new clients by performing market segmentation, and apply different organization approaches in targeting and selecting clients.
∎ Oversee client acceptance and on-boarding procedures, such as conducting due diligence and reviewing documentation requirements.
∎ Sustain and build client relationships by maintaining ongoing communication and negotiation (pricing, financing structure) sessions with clients so as to deliver both quality and tailored service offerings.
∎ Provide day to day operational services to the customers, ensure high quality of services to customers
∎ Build up good rapport with the clients to ensure smooth conduct of the accounts
∎ Deal with different departments within the bank and also handle the customer queries and requests accordingly
∎ Constantly monitor accounts, security checklist, stock reports and identify stock shortfall
∎ Gather market intelligence and peer group information
∎ Initiate contacts with new customers once being identified as target
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 06 to 12 years' experience in corporate banking, depending on the rank applied for
∎ Experience in a centralized banking environment will get preference
∎ Experience of effectively using knowledge of credit products, processes and risks to make fair and informed lending decisions that meet customers' need.
∎ Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions
∎ Flexible, result driven and able to work independently to achieve job target
∎ Should have had exposure to the emerging markets
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, team building and people management skills
∎ Ability to interact effectively with a diverse team of professionals
∎ Age limit may be relaxed for experience and deserving candidate
