Strong understanding of SME banking products and credit processes.
Experience in SME portfolio management and business development.
Knowledge of foreign trade operations will be an advantage.
Good communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
Responsibilities & Context:
Portfolio Management: Manage and monitor existing SME portfolio of the branch.
Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed assigned business budgets.
Payment Monitoring: Monitor timely repayment behavior of clients and ensure portfolio quality.
Loan Processing: Acquire and process both collateral-free and collateral-backed SME loans.
Proposal Preparation: Prepare credit proposals, including composite facilities.
Foreign Trade Handling: Manage and support SME-related foreign trade business.
Disbursement Documentation: Prepare and ensure proper documentation prior to loan disbursement.
