Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline.

• However preference shall be given to the candidates having degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field with no Third Division or equivalent CGPA/GPA

• Relevant professional certifications preferred.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in payment scheme (VISA) project management and implementation.

• In-depth knowledge of Payment Key Infrastructure (PKI), including both symmetric (3DED) and asymmetric (RSA Key) management.

• Comprehensive understanding of payment card profiles.

• Expertise in chip card requirements, personalization, validation, and certification processes.

• Sound knowledge of payment card operations, including authorization, clearing and settlement, as well as dispute handling and chargeback processes.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 02 years of experience in CARD Division of any Bank with proven track record of working in Visa related Payment Systems.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have adequate knowledge on Visa related Payment Systems and other relevant rules/regulations.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence.

• Maximum 45 Years as of April 30, 2026.
