Job Responsibilities:
∎ An Employee Banking Relationship Manager is required to carry out the following tasks:
∎ Visit prospect companies every day to present Employee Banking Solutions
∎ Identify new business opportunities, and maintain existing client relationships
∎ Follow-up with branches every day to bring in new business
∎ On-boarding new companies each month for their Salary Accounts
∎ Visit Report and Call Report are to be delivered on a daily basis
∎ The following targets are to be fulfilled on a monthly basis: CASA Target, Credit Card Target, on-boarding Target.
∎ Enhance the Retail business market in different corporate organizations
∎ Gain solid knowledge of the market and competition
∎ Maintain relationships with existing clients, and ensuring client satisfaction by resolving customer complaints and responding to queries.

∎ Experienced in Relationship Management, Sales of Banking products
∎ Good analytical and critical reasoning skills to understand new/existing businesses

∎ Strength and highly motivated as a team player with excellent negotiation skills
∎ Ability to meet performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts, psychologically stressful environments, and conditions with limited resources
